Commercializing Villages
Project financing is a common approach to financing large-scale projects around the globe. It is different than other financing methods in that it looks to future cash flow of the project as the source of repayment. Given its complexity, this type of financing requires in-depth knowledge of contract analysis and arrangements as well as the legal and regulatory requirements of the project and its locale. Small to medium enterprises (SMEs) face the biggest challenges in accessing this type of financing, and many are struggling to survive, many don’t.
With SMEs contributing 49-56% of the global GDP, it is imperative that equal access to project financing becomes the norm. EM Financial works in a collaborative network of international industry experts to support projects that integrate new technologies or techniques to build sustainable businesses and communities.
While a heavy emphasis is placed on the capabilities of construction and operations management teams, it is the business assumptions and projections that will be analyzed to determine long-term project viability. Our funding model combines advisory services and affordable project financing to establish a solid foundation and success for the proposed development.
Education and Training Programs
An integral component of any community is the youth, our future leaders. EM Financial has maintained the “Genesis Educational Society”, which was founded by Maureen Ranaghan in 1985 as an educational branch of the Thomas J. Ranaghan Foundation. The Society Objectives include the development of public education programs promoting the ongoing development of alternative educational practices and the cooperation with educational institutions and schools, voluntary organizations, governments, and business groups in pursuing common educational objectives.
It is our intent to collaborate with the project development company to establish practical education and training programs or curriculums that support the healthy development of the community.
